What data we use, and why
Bookings and questions by phone
When you call or message us, we use your name, phone number, the date, time and number of people, and anything else you choose to tell us, to manage your booking or answer your question.
Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for before a booking (article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). If you tell us about an allergy or a dietary need so that we can serve you, we use it only for that, with your consent (article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Visiting this website
Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.
Other services
If you follow a link to Google Maps or Instagram, those services process your data under their own privacy policies. We only receive what you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to manage the booking, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something for longer.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. It is only handled by us and by the providers we need to run our phone line, messaging and website, and it is only disclosed to public authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us by phone or write to the address above; we may ask you to prove who you are.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
